To set up a standing order you will need to contact your personal bank account, either by online banking or telephone and set up the standing order from that end. Please note when you’re setting up a standing order you will need to put your Client ID as the reference. To find your Client ID please log into your Glint app, select “top up” and in the green box your reference number/Client ID will appear. If you do not put your Client ID as a reference it will cause a delay in funds being loaded or the transfer returned.
