Changing your passcode

With our new App changing your passcode is simplicity itself.

Just enter the App with your current passcode. At the top right of the screen you will see a small icon, a silhouette of a head and shoulders. Tap on that to bring up a new screen called ‘Profile’. Once here, select from the menu ‘Privacy & Security’. That brings up another screen which gives you the option to ‘Change passcode’. Tap on that. You are then required to enter your current passcode, and that will bring up a fresh window where you can ‘set passcode’. Changing passcodes from time to time is a good security measure.
