We’re excited to share a quick update designed to make your experience smoother and more self-guided!
You can now access our Help & FAQs directly from the Profile section of your account. Whether you have a question about your settings, need help navigating your account, or want to better understand our features, support is now just a click away.
How to Find It:
1. Log in to your Glint app.
2. Click on your Profile (found in the top right corner of the main dashboard).
3. Select Help & FAQs from the menu options.
This will redirect you to the Support section of our website, where all our FAQs are. Inside, you’ll find answers to commonly asked questions, step-by-step guides, and tips to get the most out of your experience with us.
We hope this makes finding support easier and faster whenever you need it. And of course, if you still need help, our support team is just a message away!
